        How do I place an order?

        Find the products you like and click on "ADD TO CART".
        Go to the shopping bag by clicking on the BAG icon located in the top right corner of the page, and once there, click "CHECK OUT". Then, fill in your information and click "PLACE ORDER".

        Can I track my order?

        After an order is placed, we will send you an email with the shipping details. This will include a tracking number and link, which will tell you when you can expect the delivery and also give you information on the status of the order.

        Why have I not received an order confirmation by email?

        Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or sometimes they land in the SPAM folder.

        Please check all of your email folders again in 30 minutes - if you still haven't received your confirmation, email vachansports@gmail.com, and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

        Can I change my order?

        You can always change your order before you checkout - just go to the shopping bag and you can add or remove items.

        If you have already checked out, please contact and we'll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.

        Can I cancel my order?

        As long as the order is not shipped, you can cancel it anytime by contacting us via vachansports@gmail.com

        However, if your order has already been shipped you'll have to return the products yourself. In that case, please see our return policy for further details.

        My address is written incorrectly in the order confirmation - what can I do?

        If you have created an account with us you can sign in to change your order details, including your address. Do this as soon as possible or contact us at vachansports@gmail.com.

        I received my package, but my order is incomplete, incorrect, or missing - what do I do?

        We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, please contact with us via vachansports@gmail.com and we will help you to solve the problem immediately.

        How can I redeem a voucher or discount code?

        On the checkout page, there is an option to "Enter Discount Code".
        Simply enter your voucher or discount code and the amount will be subtracted from your order total.

        Which countries do you ship to?

        We provide free shipping for all vachan sports products. Some products are only available in specific regions. Please check the product page for details or contact us via vachansports@gmail.com.

        How much does shipping cost?

        We provide FREE SHIPPING for all Vachan Sports Brand products. 

        How long does shipping take?

        USA: 3 - 7 business days.

        Germany & UK: 3 - 7 Days.

        Canada: 10 - 20 Days.

        Other countries: Around 15 Days.

        How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?

        Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 3 business days.

        My order has already been shipped, but I need change my address - how can I do this?

        We are sorry that alternations cannot be made to a shipped order. If it is still not shipped, please contact us under vachansports@gmail.com to change your address and other shipping options.

        The tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything yet. What can I do?

        We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. In this case we recommend you to contact your carrier first and find out what the status of your package is. It could be left with a neighbor or somewhere else.

        Please contact with us under vachansports@gmail.com if the carrier customer service cannot help you and we will open a case as a missing package.

        Can I expedite my shipping?

        If you need it by a specific date, please leave us a note at the check out page. We will try our best to arrange this for you.

        If the date is too close and we cannot guarantee the delivery before this date, we will inform you of this and let you decide whether or not to keep this order.

        Please be kindly noted that an expedition AFTER the order is placed or shipped is not possible.

        I ordered the products for my trip but it arrived too late, and I don't need the products any more. Who will cover the return shipping cost?

        We guarantee that all the orders shipped from our US warehouse could be delivered in 3-7 days. If it exceeds this period, we will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If not, we’re sorry that we wouldn’t cover the return fee.
